Birth and death certificates are $25.00 each.
Credit card fees for birth and death certificates
A service fee of $2.00 or 3% (whichever is greater) of the order will be charged when a credit card is used. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.
Shipping and Handling Costs
You will not be charged any shipping and handling costs for regular mail orders.
UPS shipping costs for expedited delivery ($19.00)
Expedited deliveries will take 2-3 days. All expedited orders should be placed by 1:45 P.M. that day to be eligible for expedited delivery. Orders received after 1:45 P.M. will be processed on the following business day. Orders should be received within the next 2-3 business days to most areas within the U.S. A $19.00 charge will be added to your order along with the above service fee.
