WIC
Effective 3/16/2020, Canton City WIC services will be provided by appointment only. Click here to go to our WIC homepage for more details. **At this time, Infants & Children do not need to be present in our office when staff issue food benefits to your WIC Card**

NURSING
The following changes have been made to NURSING clinics until further notice: 

  • We will only be seeing patients in STI clinic who are symptomatic, returning for treatment or a referral from the DIS (Shameem). 

  • SWAP is CANCELLED until further notice.  Check the Canton City Public Health Facebook page every week on Thursday for updated information.  If you need Narcan, kits are available at certain locations.  Click here for that list.

  • Immunization, Travel, TB testing and HIV testing clinics have been cancelled.

  • HIV testing is available by appointment only by calling (330) 489-3322 and speaking with a member of the HIV Prevention Team.

VITAL STATISTICS
The Health Department has suspended counter service for issuing birth and death records in our lobby area.  You can purchase a birth or death record with our online service, mail in or by telephone.  Please refer to the Vital Statistics web page for more information: https://www.cantonhealth.org.vital

RECYCLE CENTER
The recycle center is closed until further notice.
